How are you?
I'm Matt, owner of One Mile In Fitness and currently the sole Coach here. That's my face mid-run. I don't always look like that.
Now usually in this part of a Personal Training/Bootcamp/Fitness website you'll find some garbage about REPS or qualifications, it'll be written in the third person and it'll all be a bit "BLAH BLAH BLAH look at me, I'm so great".
I know you're not really here to learn about me. The reality is that this is not ABOUT ME. This is about you: Your goals, your dreams, your ambitions.
That's why you're here. You want to know what I can do to help you get to where you want to be and that's the damn coolest thing ever, so thanks for dropping by! The reality is that a list of qualifications (it'd be fairly short to be fair - I'm a qualified PT, study with the very best in the industry and am part way through a new pre/post natal course) is not going to give you any indication as to whether I can help you.
In fact, anything I write here isn't going to give you the guidance and support you need right now. So I'll stop now.
But I want to try something for me.
Think about what your ultimate health and fitness goal is... write it down.... commit it to paper.
Think about why that goal is important to you.... what it will 'give' you. It could be confidence to be on the beach in a bikini, it could be energy to play with your kids, it could be improvements in your health. Anything.
Think about achieving that goal... think about how you look.... what your energy levels are like.... how you feel physically and mentally.... what people are saying to you after your've achieved it...
Does that feel good? Good!
