Preparation is KEY.
It's a great idea to prepare your food as much as possible as you'll be able to control what and how much you're eating rather than reaching for those unhelpful 'convenience' foods.
But let's make it clear right now that you don't need to eat every meal out of a Tupperware box to achieve weight loss success!
There's two huge benefits to preparing your food regularly:
1) You control what you're having at any meal time
2) If you go out for an impromptu meal you'll have a far better understanding of what you should have and replicate your 'regular' choices.
There are going to be times when you have social events that involve heading out for a meal or a few drinks, that's OK!
Be prepared to adjust your intake in the day leading up to the event and the day after so you can enjoy yourself 'guilt-free'.
Be flexible, own your decision and accept that the choices you make will be reflected in the results you get.
