A couple of days ago I pushed out a post telling you all about the new training programme I had stumbled across whilst working with a few of my clients.
The BIG discovery I've made is a new and faster way to burn belly fat and get a flatter and more defined mid-section.
Well, since sending that message out I've had a boat load of responses who want to be in the first ever 'beta test group' I'm doing to validate my belly fat burning programme.
To be honest I was a little bit overwhelmed with how many people replied back so quickly and asked to be in my beta test group.
So I've finalised the programme and here's how it's going to work.
It's called the 28 Day Belly Blaster Booster Programme
The entire programme will last just 28 days - it's all in the name :-)
I'm going to provide you with a meal plan that has been crafted to help you increase your metabolism and burn fat - note, this is NOT a diet. It's a 28 day modified meal plan where you just need to read it, cook it, and eat it.
You need to workout with me at least 3 to 5 times a week in a group setting during the 28 day programme.
The workouts will be challenging, even hard at times but never impossible! And you'll always have motivaiton and accountability from me and the rest of the group.
Even though we're going to work on burning belly fat and flattening and defining your abs, we're not going to do a single crunch or sit up.
At the end of the 28 day programme you could see weight loss 12-19 pouns and a flatter, more defined mid-section (you'll probably drop a clothes size or two as well!)
The programme starts on the 1st February.
Now, typically my client's pay me around £350/month or more to get personal training from me.
But since this is going to be first time that I try out this programme on 'non-clients' I'm going to only charge £150 for the entire 28 day Belly Blaster Booster Programme and meal plan.
There's just one samll catch to all this....
I'm only taking on 12 people for the beta test group because I want to make sure that I can give each individual participant plenty of attention.
