As a fitness trainer one of the most common reasons people come to me is to help them get a flatter belly. Since I like to experiment with different workouts, programmes and eating plans, I tend to use these things on clients so I can find better ways to get you faster results, or, discover that things just don't work (but they seemed like good ideas at the time!!)
Recently I've shifted my focus on finding new and faster ways to get fat off the mid section and to find a better way to get my clients that lean look that so many people are after.
And now I may well have discovered the perfect flat belly formula!
What I need is to try this system with every day people - the kind of folks out there who haven't worked out for a while, if ever! That would really put this system to the test!
I know that my previous clients have had amazing results from other systems I've used and they've loved the results as they come fast and they really see noticeable results in less than 30 days. But I need to test things out with people who have NEVER been through my training programmes, and that's why I'm writing this blog post.....
I'm thinking of doing a "beta test group" where I would work with a group of people who want to burn belly fat, get defintion and flatter abs and who are willing for me to track EVERYTHING so I can quantify REAL results from people who I haved never worked with before.
I'm still working on the outline for the programme so I don't know how many people I want to take in this Beta group.
But if you think you'd be interested in being a test subject (yep, a Guinea pig!) in the group while I test out these new belly fat burning workouts and nutrition programme then drop me a line and let me know you're interested.
