16 pounds is doable without having to go on any kind of crazy crash diet!
No horrendous juice detoxes are needed......
No boring fish & broccoli meals in tupperware boxes are needed!
But what would you need to do?
Well how about you try thinking of it like this.....
16 pounds over a year is a little over 1 pound a month which is the equivalent of just one less chocolate bar or a couple of can's of coke less a day!
OR..... it's just 3 more miles of walking a day!
Weight loss doesn't have to be difficult, painful and boring...
Be consistent, take a long-term and steady approach and you'll see the changes you want in good time...
