Today I want to drop you a quick note about my plans for the first part of 2016. I know that Christmas hasn't hit yet and some of you may be focussing on enjoying yourself for the next few days but NOW is the time to start thinking about your goals and desires for next year.
I'm hopeful that I can help you on your way toward those goals in some way, be it through training or some friendly advice, I'm always here to help you!
So here's an early heads up to what's going on.
After the success of the early morning classes held at the Quaker House, I have rebooked the premises and will be starting a new 6 week programme from the 11th January. These will be held on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 06:15, 09:30 and 15:00 with the day time sessions held in an outdoor location (TBC).
I've had some great feedback from the previous participants and I'd love to welcome you to the fold in 2016. This is a super way to kickstart a new and healthy you, in a relaxed and friendly environment.
This really is the cream of the crop! You will have me at your disposal for the duration of your session and beyond as we work tirelessly to help you achieve your goals. This year I've had the pleasure of working with both men and women who have had a variety of goals from losing weight to getting in the best shape for their wedding to running, it's been a real mixed bag!
Personal Training is available for men and women who are looking to hit specific goals and need a little bit of help to get there. Maybe you're already a member of a gym but you're looking for a different kind of workout and to mix up your training a bit!
Maybe you've reached the point where you want to make some serious shifts in body and mind.

These are intensive 12 week programmes whereby you'll get all of my experience and knowledge given to you, with a bespoke workout programme specially designed to help you achieve your goals in the safest and fastest way possible. Not only that but I'll provide you with a meal plan and help you develop the skills and mindset tricks that I've learnt over the past few years that you can apply to your life.
These courses will be held throughout the year and your programme will start when you are ready to.

Both Personal Training and the Total Body Transformations are available on a 1-1 basis but I also provide them on a Semi-Private basis. This means you get your own specially designed programme that will help you achieve your goals but you will be working out alongside other people. This is a great way to make Personal Training cost effective and will give you the fantastic results you deserve.
OK so that's everything on the immediate agenda but keep your eyes out for further classes and other fitness opportunities that I'll be putting out there soon - I'm particularly excited about the prospect of launching the 'Be Your Own Gym' class I'm developing!
