When I worked in the city I used to have a habit of sneaking in a bit of extra training during my working day. How you may be thinking? Well, everytime I went to the toilet or went to the kitchen to grab myself a coffee I'd do 5 reps of an exercise like a squat or a lunge. I'd just sneak it in whilst no one was looking.
I'm not sure whether the buzz of getting an extra few reps in or the thought of getting caught mid squat in the kitchen was the thing that made this enjoyable but I digress......
It got me to thinking that doing this kind of stuff throughout your day are great little wins and it will undoubtedly help your overall fitness. If you built a habit of doing 5 chin ups everytime you walked into your kitchen at home how many would you do in a day? So here comes the challenge.....
From 7th September and for a period of one week (closing 13/09) you are challenged to do as many of six specific exercises I provide you details of, keeping me posted of your scores daily. To make things exciting and challenging, each exercise has three levels of difficulty with the hardest form of the activity earning you higher points.
At the end of the week the individual with the highest score will win a 1-1 Personal Training Session with me worth £35 or a months subscription to the soon to be launched OMI Fitness Online Training Portal! GAME ON!
