Hey there, welcome to the blog section of the website. I'll be posting blogs from time to time to look at all things health, fitness and wellbeing as well as looking at the benefits of personal training and the other services I offer at One Mile In Fitness.
So - why "new beginnings" as my first post? Well, it's two fold really. Firstly not only is this is my first blog post but also these are my first tentative steps into the wide world of Personal Training on a full-time basis. Having spent some time doing training people along side my permanent job I decided I needed to follow my passion and try this out full time.
It's a new start for me and if you decide you need some Personal Training then I believe it will be a new start for you as well. Working with a Personal Trainer has been shown to maximise the results of your efforts and ensures you are working to your full potential. I'll be working hard with you to provide you with a personalised training programme that will be based around helping you achieve your goals.
One of the biggest reasons people start working with a Personal Trainer is to get the body they want - either through weight loss or toning certain areas of their body. With a well structured programme we can work towards such goals in a safe and sensible way whilst building your dietary and fitness knowledge base to ensure you can maintain your 'new' body in the future.
